2 SITE LOCATION Plot is located on Jawhar Trimbak Road at about 3.0 km from the Jawhar Town. The total area of the plot is 8000 sq.m. The frontage along the road is about m The width of the plot at rearside is about m. The depth of the plot is about 10.00m. The land is sloping towards North-West Corner There is a High Tension Electrical line along the southern boundary of the plot. 6 CONCEPTUAL MASTER PLAN
The plot is subdivided into four zones. Zone ‘A’ is mandatory setback land from the road. Zone ‘B’ is the school zone admeasuring to about sq.m. where the school building is located. Zone ‘C’ is the hostel zone admeasuring to sq.m. where hostel building is located. Zone ‘D’ is residence area admeasuring to sq.m. where staff quarters and guast house is located. All the four zones are accessible from a 9.0m wide road along the southern boundary. Sloping along natural contours with necessary pitching along northside wherever required.

7 ZONE B SCHOOL Ground & one upper floor building
Ground floor area sq.m sq.ft. First floor area sq.m sq.ft. Ground floor accommodates – Blind students school 8 nos. classrooms of 200 sq.ft. i.e. 18 sqm. To accommodate 10 students each Two halls of 600sq.ft. each to be used for handicrafts etc. Administration area & multipurpose room admeasuring 400sq.ft. Toilet blocks for boys / girls & drinking water facility. First floor accommodates – M R students school 8 nos. class rooms of 400sq.ft. each 2 nos. rooms of 185 sq.ft. each for Principal & staff

8 ZONE C HOSTEL Hostel building
Hostel building is planned with central courtyard with stilt, ground & one upper floor. Stilt floor area sq.mt sq.ft. Ground floor area sq.mt sq.ft. Fist floor area sq.mt sq.ft. Total area sq.mt sq.ft. Accommodation A. Ground floor:- Boys hostel – 9 nos. rooms with each area 225 sq.ft. (15”x15”) Toilets Dining hall – 920 sq.ft. Kitchen – 450 sq.ft. First floor Girls hostel – 9 nos. rooms with each area 225 sq.ft. (15”x15”) Hall – area 1395 sq.ft. i.e. 150 students accommodations. C. Central courtyard with stepped seating & stage for performance. D. Stilt area for multipurpose activities.
