20 University City High School – Cafeteria Restrooms Work to date: Abatement and demo is complete All major mechanical, electrical and plumbing relocations are complete, including electrical feeder relocation New mechanical duct and exhaust fans are installed Plumbing underground rough-in is complete Hydronic/chilled water piping has been rerouted Trenches have been backfilled and concrete floor has been poured back Plumbing rough in is complete Wall are blocked and tiled Desco floor is installed Ceiling is installed Door frames are set Painting is complete Plumbing trim began 10-21-09 University City High School – Cafeteria Restrooms Future work over the next three weeks: Excavate and construct elevator pit, including sump pump installation Electrical rough in will wrap up Doors, frames, hardware, toilet accessories Electrical trim out Plumbing and electrical trim out

22 University City High School – Entry/Auditorium Work to date: Wood is cleaned up and sealed, new paint, terrazzo repair, stone cleaning and temporary interior lights University City High School – Entry/Auditorium Future work over the next several weeks: Lobby lights will continue to be restored and look to be installed by the end of the month Aisle lighting and carpet

24 University City High School – Exterior Work to date: Front entry elevation is washed, tuck pointed, various stones repaired and caulked Front steps are reset and broken treads have been replaced Lintel replacement has begun along Balson and Jackson streets Planter walls at front entry are caulked Caulked half the joints at entry steps, have the other half to go once first half cures Water main in the limits of our excavation was replaced Waterproofing and backfilling is complete Retaining wall will be wrapped up late this week or early next week. University City High School – Exterior Future work over the next several weeks: Exterior cleaning, tuck pointing, caulking and misc. repair a long with lintel replacement will continue around the structure

27 University City High School – Third Floor Science Wing Renovation Work to date: Phase 1, 2 and 3 abatement is complete. All demo will be wrapped by end of day 10-23-09 Wall framing has commenced and roughly 30% complete Plumbing rough in has commenced and roughly 30% complete HVAC Daikin cassette are in our warehouse and starting arrive on side for installation Hanging of drywall has begun along with taping University City High School – Third Floor Science Wing Renovation Future work over the next several weeks: MEP chase rough in from lower level up Installation of Daikin cassettes

29 Flynn Park Work to date: Foundation has been excavated, power washed, and a footing drain installed Windows have been removed and reinstalled to their new configuration and masonry infill has begun New neutral air unit is in place, wired and started Asphalt drive re-opened Perimeter drain is installed Openings are in-filled with masonry Back-fill is complete Interior windows are trimmed out Flynn Park Future work over the next several weeks: Fluid cooler repairs Tie in all downspouts
