3. Russell Cave Elementary – Renovation Work Completed in Last 30 Days: Exterior concrete block walls are being installed. Interior of Kitchen/Cafeteria has been demolished and renovation has begun. Renovation of (4) classrooms on the south side has begun. Concrete slab at the new addition has been poured. Masonry restoration on the exterior of the original building in process. Existing elevator has been upgraded. Current Work Effort (July): Roof trusses at the new additional will be set. Kitchen/Cafeteria renovation will be completed. Interior work on the new addition and the (4) classrooms on the south side will continue. They are scheduled to be completed in October. Complete new electrical and mechanical systems in Kitchen/Cafeteria. July 2009
