5 Close Out The start of this project began with the acceptance of the original WTF plan by the Team Co-Chairs, which occurred on 15 October 2002. The Project is designed to develop prototyping of WGISS components of WTF for WGCV requirements. When the Project Co- Chairs are satisfied that the requirements have been met and the Project has become operational, the Project, Core Site WTF, will cease. The proposed end date for the current WTF is September 30, 2005. An operational WTF, with its host agency involvement, needs to be operational by September 1, 2005 to provide a 30-day service overlap and ensure continuity of service. - From Project Plan Probably occur in 2006….
