6 CEOS Working Group on Information Systems and Services - 6 User Vice-Chair o Co-Chaired n Dr. Liu, NRSCC n Lorant Czaran, UN o Established in 2004 at WGISS-17 The role of the User Vice-Chair will be to assess the extent to which user needs are being addressed by WGISS and the extent to which their requirements are being met. This will include reporting the findings to WGISS, which will contribute to the Chair report to the Plenary. The WGISS User Vice-Chair, or co- Chairs will monitor, coordinate, and report to the WGISS Chair on the overall effectiveness of the WGISS Test Facilities and projects.
