3 Five things your IPER Instructional Team should be doing right now 1. Meet regularly and get to know one another. 2. Complete the CoSA Assessment of Emergency Preparedness in the States and Territories (if you haven’t already done so). 3. Discuss how you will promote IPER in your state. 4. Learn to use iLinc. 5. 4 Meet regularly and get to know one another.  Visit one another’s offices.  Discuss what roles you each would play in a disaster that affects essential records.  Identify characteristics of the records media, storage space, or other factors that could have an impact on response and recovery actions. 4 Ask IPER Web Conference www.StateArchivists.org/iper/
