10 Phase 1 to date… Hired Consulting Firm for “Faith-Raising” Committee interviewed 5 companies Recommended 2 to Church Board Board Selected Generis Consultant: Larry Armentrout Fee for 3 years of campaign: $17,500 Paid in 6 monthly installments from existing Growth Fund Assessment Study conducted Nov. 2010

11 Methodology One-on-one meetings w/Larry A. and approx. 12% of households in congregation Information/Listening Sessions Open sessions for all interested parties Congregational Survey Conducted during all 3 worship services

12 Results Strong commitment from congregation to proceed with the plan: 94% in favor of master plan; 91% believe we need more physical space; 88% would consider a financial gift above regular giving; 57% would consider a volunteer position to complete Phase 1. What is Plan B?
