9 7 Components of a Successful Campaign: 1. Reliance on the Holy Spirit “Unless the Lord build the house, those who build it labor in vain. Ps. 127:1 2. Coach Approach Customized to the needs and personality of your church 3. Congregational Leadership & Involvement “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Josh. 24:15 10-20 People on Leadership Team at least 50% of Congregation involved 4. Clear Communication Conflict doesn’t happen over what you’re doing, but because people don’t know what you’re doing.
