18 18 Registration Step by Step Process

19 19 Key Functions of the OTR: FERPA The College of Biblical Studies is subject to the provisions of a federal law known as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the federal law that governs release of and access to student education records. Release of student record information is generally not done at the College of Biblical Studies without the expressed, written consent of the student.

Failure to read official CBS communications sent to the students does not absolve the student from knowing and complying with the content of said communications. It is the students’ responsibility to maintain adequate memory space in their inbox in order to ensure that all messages are received accordingly. It is the student’s responsibility to keep an up to date email address for all correspondence regarding grading, course evaluations, and all other communication. 20

21 Key Functions of the OTR: The Watchman Purpose of Watchman: For campus closures, weather alerts, and other emergency updates.
