16 Key elements in an advocacy story Who are the actors - particularly civil society What recommendations / objectives promoted Who are they addressing – who should act differently (government, companies, citizens.. specifically) What is the evidence? Who will the recommendations benefit? a social dimension / trade off or is it win-win.? What / Who are the obstacles

17 Focus on advocacy Advocacy is a process of influencing....selected people or institutions......in order to achieve policy, practice, social, behavioural or political changes......that will benefit particular groups

18 Phase 3: dual applications To be resolved: Do networks follow consortium partners? What when networks are working on both clusters? How to set-up thematic cross learning? Demand led? How set-up cooperation on learning and secretariat If one application fail?
