9 What is the Central Policy Management Comprehensive Disaster Risk (PCGIR) Update regional commitments aimed at reducing risk and preventing disasters and thereby contribute to a vision of comprehensive development and security in Central America. 16 Organizational framework for policy implementation Structure The General Secretariat of SICA through the Coordination Center for Natural Disaster Prevention in Central America (CEPREDENAC) is responsible for ensuring the implementation of policy mechanisms and facilitate the promotion and coordination dynamics to other organs in system and between ministries and sub-systems.
