Nepal: Two main groups 1.Nepalese, ancestors migrated from the south 2.Tibeto-Neplese, Ancestors migrated from the north B.Bhutan: Several people groups 1.Bhote, make up the majority of population, descendants of Tibetan people 2.Sharachops, inhabit eastern Bhutan, practice Tibetian Buddhism 3.Gurung, live in Southern Bhutan, speak Naepali and practice hinduism
