1 Micropos MiniTouch Pump Control System The Micropos Pump Control and Convenience Store scanning system will run on any of the Minitouch Series hardware platforms and offers a one system solution for pump control, C-Store scanning, as well as specialized needs in Kiosk or co-branded quick service outlets. The system will accommodate up to 32 pumps, or dispensing locations, and can show each pump’s status, activity on the fly and total to be collected. Up to 50,000 unique PLU’s can be stored in the system for scanning and inventory stock operations. Services for maintaining customer accounts, printing barcodes and exporting detail for security video integration can also be added. 2 Typical Site w/ 8 Pumps All eight pumps are idle (Green) and awaiting activity from the customer. At this point sales of food items may be made by scanner or keyboard navigation.

3 Customer lifts Handle When a customer lifts the handle, the description on the button asks the question: AUTHORIZE? To do so, just press the button. An audible tone, to alert the cashier, is heard. When the White key is pressed then…

4 Pump#1 Armed Pump #1 is Armed and ready to dispense fuel when the trigger is pressed. Once the fuel starts to flow…

5 Pump#1 Flowing The pump button turns yellow and the dollar amount (ie- $6.40)is updated on the lower line of the button every second.

6 Still flowing… The dollar figure (now $23.40) will continue to flow up until…

7 Handle Lowered Pump #1 has stopped dispensing and the handle has been lowered. The button has turned white w/ red text. An double beep tone is heard every 10 sec. to alert cashier. To collect this standard fuel sale just touch the pump’s button…

8 Collect Sale By pressing the Pump#1 button, That sale for $25.40 is moved in to the transaction to be paid. At this point (before or after collecting the pump) you can add grocery and sundry items to the sale (from the Touch Screen or by a Barcode scanner). It’s that easy!

9 Multiple Pumps at Once This screen shows four yellow pumps all flowing at once, #1 is ready to collect and #4 has been stopped by the cashier. You can stop any pump that is flowing by simply pressing the pump’s button. To re-start…

10 Re-start Pump Simply press the red pump button that has been stopped and that pump will start flowing again. All other pumps will continue to flow.

11 Collect from Multiples Six Pumps are now ready to collect. They can be paid off one at a time, or they can be "Stacked" and the pump can be made ready for another customer. To stack the sale to collect later press the STACK PUMP key followed by the pump to be stacked.

12 Stacked Sales The button will turn Green and a number will appear in the lower right hand corner indicating the number of sales that are stacked from that pump. Here you see six pumps w/ one stacked sale each.

13 Collect from Stack By pressing the Collect Stack key, you can collect from any pump. The keys will turn white w/ black text. The Number 1 on pumps 1,2,3,4,6 &7 show that there are one stacked sale on each of these pumps.

14 Pump#2 stack collected By pressing the white button for pump#2 the sale will move left to the Blue transaction window and the main screen will return to the status mode which shows pump #2 has been collected and the #1 is now removed from the bottom right hand corner of that button.

15 Cash Payments This shot shows a typical payment by Cash. Tax would not normally be added to fuel sales, but can be added individually to food items as needed.

16 Multiple Stacks on pump Now pump #3 has two sales stacked and #4 has three sales stacked.

17 Collecting pump w/ stacks By pressing the button for pump #4, you are now required to choose which of the three stacked sales you wish to collect. You may collect another pump’s sale or another from this pump’s stack by repeating the collection process while in the same transaction.

18 Pre-Pay collection When collecting a pump that has been armed with a pre- pay amount, that pre-pay amount is entered on the first line of the sale. In the example below, there is a $25.00 pre-pay entry. Any change or amt due will be displayed after all other items are entered.
