3. “Signing On” Username is email without the “@fcusd.org” Password is your email password

4. The Process Forms you fill out – Click on “Go to Form” Calendar dates are assigned by your supervisor You will get an email when they are assigned

5. Submitting a task (form)  Select “Save & Submit” to send to your supervisor  Select “Save Progress” to come back later and finish

6. Signature Folder Located in the top right when you log in. If you have something to review and sign you will have a “red number”.

7. Signature Folder Continued Documents are listed and the action “required”. Select “View and Sign”

8. Signature Folder Continued Review and “electronically sign” the document by typing in your name. Add comments for your supervisor if desired. Click “Submit” You’re Done with that task !!
