Documents (letters, contracts, etc.) are automatically generated per mouse click using a browser interface or Windows client.

PRINT O UT collects documents from Windows clients. The documents are automatically consolidated in transfer packages. The packages are encrypted and then transferred to a service provider (partner companies of the Deutsche Post AG). The partner companies then handle the remaining steps: printing, enveloping, franking and mailing of the documents.

Projects have been implemented for larger companies, for example 25 German libraries take part in the Document Order and Delivery project in which their stock is offered to private and commercial users over the internet. A central accounting application for the Document Order and Delivery project was implemented using Open Source components: the efficient processing of more than 100.000 orders per month - posting, billing and accounting - is achieved with a high degree of automation.
