Business Development Department Strategic Plan Oversee and manage Beers Strategic Plan and identify areas of business development that provide specific direction, while being flexible enough to develop and expand our business with current and potential partners. Focus: Improve the strategic planning process Review/evaluate how projects contribute to the organization’s strategy Acquisitions/Alliances/Corporate Synergies Strategic management of technological innovation Align with corporate strategy Communicate our strategy to the entire organization in order to achieve consensus

Business Planning & Analysis Strategy –Develop Crown Imports financial objectives and support these objectives with a vertically integrated financial plan for all sales divisions. –Oversee analysis of financial objectives throughout the year resulting in identification of risk & opportunities to the volume and profit goals Crown Imports. –Provide analytical support for division profitability. –Develop long term financial objectives to ensure that Crown Imports maintains a vision of sustainable growth.

Demand Planning High-Level Responsibilities Develop and communicate a “consensus” depletion forecast that Supply Chain can execute against (brewery orders, planned shipments, etc.) Based on feedback from Sales divisions, Pricing group, wholesalers and Supply Chain Focus on forecast horizons that are in-line with the lead-times from our breweries (1-4 months out) Continuously track forecast error, set and monitor accuracy goals, and identify opportunities to improve the forecasting process
