19 Demand Planning High-Level Responsibilities  Develop and communicate a “consensus” depletion forecast that Supply Chain can execute against (brewery orders, planned shipments, etc.)  Based on feedback from Sales divisions, Pricing group, wholesalers and Supply Chain  Focus on forecast horizons that are in-line with the lead-times from our breweries (1-4 months out)  Continuously track forecast error, set and monitor accuracy goals, and identify opportunities to improve the forecasting process
