Work with suppliers to continuously improve performance on quality, cost, and inventory objectives Prepare, issue, and analyze bids and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, contracting principles, and cost effectiveness. research, develop and maintain a matrix of cost impacts and purchase agreement contracts
