What do you think about this decision? How could the situation have been handled? What do you think about people who refuse to vaccinate their children?

8 1.10 Time Machine: If you could do it over again, what would you change about your project? Topic? Group members? Content of the video? Prepare better? Think about your group process and reflect on it. How could you make it better next time? ½ page

9 GATSBY EQ ACTIVIY From the list of the 8 following questions, do the following: (1) Read the 8 questions and choose 4 to answer. (2) Discuss them as a group. (3) Come to a consensus about how you feel. (4) Write a thesis statement for each one. (5) Write three supporting reasons that back up the thesis. Treat it like an essay: No I/We/Our, restate the prompt, etc.

10 GATSBY EQ ACTIVIY (1) What stereotypes do you think many people have of people who are described as “rich?” What privileges might wealthy people have that “poor” people would not have? (2) Do you think wealthy people have the same morals as those who are not wealthy? Explain your thinking. (3) How important is fidelity/morality in marriage? Do you think married people today are more or less faithful than they might have been in the 1920s? Why? (4) How are economic classes separated in America? Is it just by money or is there more to it? (5) What characteristics make a person great? Why do you think these qualify someone as great? (6) Can the noveau riche (newly rich) buy their way into high society? Explain your answer. (7) Some people think that money leads to happiness. Do you agree or disagree? Why? (8) Is it possible to relive the past? Why or why not? What are some issues with trying to do so?
