2 Main Logging in to NPFCONNECT 1. Open an Internet web browser, and go to https://www.npfconnect.com 2. Enter your Login name and Password. 3. Click "Login" Press [Space Bar] to continue...

4 Main Changing Your Password The first time you log in, you will be asked to validate your account by creating a new password. Please make this password something you can remember. Your password must contain at least one number and one capital letter, and be at least 6 characters long. Examples: Invalid password: newpassword Valid password: Newpassword1 When you have entered your new password, click "Save." Press [Space Bar] to continue...

5 Dashboard Accessing the Dashboard To access the Dashboard, click on the "Dashboard" link under "Quick Links" on the left. Press [Space Bar] to continue...

6 Dashboard Accessing the Dashboard The dashboard displays oximetry test activity between specified dates. If you manage more than one center, each center's activity is displayed separately. To view Dashboard results, first select the date ranges by clicking on the calendar icons next to "Activity From" and Activity To," then click "Get Results." Press [Space Bar] to continue...

7 Dashboard Understanding the Results The Dashboard will display testing activity. If you manage more than one center, each center's activity is displayed separately. By default, they are listed by state, then city. "Total Accepted" means all files that the Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) has accepted. "Not Accepted" means all files that the IDTF has not accepted. Reasons include: The doctor's order was not complete Patient paperwork was not received The doctor cancelled the test The file was rejected due to: --insufficient time--less than 2 hours --incorrect oximeter date --the test being older than 10 days --the test having already been submitted Press [Space Bar] to continue...

8 Dashboard Customizing the View Export grid to Excel: To import the dashboard data to a spreadsheet to be saved, shared, and used for center performance calculations. If the information does not display correctly, your computer may have an alternate version of excel. Try clicking "Alternate Excel format." Press [Space Bar] to continue... Column Filtering: Click this to search for specific data. Type part of what you're looking for in the text box beneath the column you want to search through. Press "Enter." Column Sort: Click on any column title to have the grid sort in that order.

9 Dashboard More Detail To view more specific information on any center, click on the Location I.D. that is underlined in the Dashboard results. Press [Space Bar] to continue...

10 Dashboard Location Results Page The Location Results page displays more specific information on every test from a specific center. In the summary, you can see how many tests from this center are accepted, pending, cancelled or rejected within the specified date range. You can also see how many tests this center has done this year and since beginning to use the NPF System. Press [Space Bar] to continue... The tests counted in the "Summary" section above are listed in the Patient Activity section in more detail. Here, you can find patient name, test date, physician name, test status, and Qualification Code for each test in the specified date range. Clicking on the icon in the "Charts and Graphs" section displays the test activity charted in a graph.

11 User Management Main Users are those that can log into NPFCONNECT. If your NPFCONNECT account gives you management over other users, you can view them by clicking "Users" in the Quick Links section to the left. The same customization options that you learned in the Dashboard section apply to this list. You can export to Excel, use Column Filtering, or sort by any column. Press [Space Bar] to continue...

12 User Management Create a New User Account Important: Make sure you know what center a user belongs to before creating them. Also make sure the center already exists. Refer to the "Site Management" for instructions on viewing centers. To create a new user, click the "Create a New User" link. Press [Space Bar] to continue...

13 User Management Create a New User Account User Login: This is the login name the user will type to access the site. Password: Must contain at least one number and one capital letter, and be at least 6 characters long. Once you've entered this information, click "Begin Creation." Press [Space Bar] to continue...

14 User Management Create a New User Account Primary Role: Click on the down arrow to select the new user's role type. The options in this list vary based on the level of authority of your user account. A user account can only create accounts with less authority than their own. A center manger, for example, cannot create a regional manager user account. Once you've select the user account type, applicable options are listed below. If the user is a DME user, the centers you manage are listed. If the user is an area manager, the areas you manage are listed. Select the appropriate option for the user. Enter any other requested information on the page, then click "Save." Press [Space Bar] to continue...

15 User Management Delete a User Account There are circumstances when a manager may wish to delete a user account. An employee who leaves the company, for example, should no longer have access to NPFCONNECT information. To delete a user from the "Users" section, first locate the user by sorting or column filtering. Click "Select" next to the user. Proceed to the next screen... Press [Space Bar] to continue...

16 User Management Delete a User Account Once you've selected a user, you will see this page: Press [Space Bar] to continue... To delete a user, click "Delete."

17 Site Management Main If you manage more than one center, you can view these centers by clicking on "Sites" in the Quick Links section to the left. The top part of the grid lists each area containing centers you manage. The same customization options that you learned in the Dashboard section apply to this list. You can export to Excel, use Column Filtering, or sort by any column. In the list, the "Child Of" column represents the area under which the center is categorized. For example, a center in Escondido, CA might be categorized under an area called "San Diego Area." Press [Space Bar] to continue...

18 Site Management Create a New Center If you manage more than one center, you have the ability to add new centers to the areas you manage. The top part of the grid lists each area containing centers you manage. To create a new center beneath one of these areas, click on the folder icon to the left of that area on the grid. Once you have created a new center, please contact NPF at (760) 432-0145 or npfconnect@npf-inc.com. We need to link the center with our internal database so that you can begin to see their Dashboard results. Press [Space Bar] to continue...
