Requesting Official Transcripts 1.Go to Curiehs.org 2.Click on Counseling 3.Click on transcript request 4.Complete form and pick up in College and Career Center 3-5 days after date of request ONLY REQUEST TRANSCRIPTS IF YOU ARE CLOSE TO FINISHING AND APPLICATION AND ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO COMPLETE IT. THE FRIST 3 ARE FREE; THE COST IS $3 PER TRANSCRIPT AFTER THE THIRD. APPLICATION FEE WAIVERS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE COLLEGE CENTER FOR STUDENTS WHO RECEIVE FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH.

5. TRANSCRIPTS, TEST SCORES, & WAIVERS When you request a transcript, your ACT score will be on the transcript. You can ask for an application fee waiver in the College Center when you pick up your transcript. Some schools, such as University of Illinois at Urbana, have their own fee waiver. The common application also has a fee waiver. Please let your counselor know if you need a special fee waiver for any of the schools to which you are applying. University of Illinois at Urbana, University of Wisconsin at Madison and Northwestern, University of Chicago and other highly selective schools will only accept test scores from ACT and will NOT accept scores that have been copied to your transcript. If you are applying to these schools and didn’t request for your scores to be sent there while taking the ACT, then you must go to act.org and request that your ACT scores be sent to the school. Each score report costs $16. University of Illinois at Champaign doesn’t want your official transcript until after you are accepted and graduate. You must self report your academic history for UIUC using your unofficial transcript.
