Module description Pre Meeting This module is used to Organize New Meetings. These meetings can be tagged as:- Schedule New Meeting Schedule Daily Meeting Schedule Weekly Meeting Schedule Monthly Meeting User will Add Meeting Title User will Add Meeting Date and Meeting Time User will Add Meeting Location and Meeting Type User will Add the name of Meeting Initiator User will Add the name of Guest Attenders User will Add Meeting Agenda and Meeting Objective User can also upload scan copy of file as well in the system User will Add the name of Employee Attenders

Module description Meeting This module is used at the beginning of the meeting with a objective to tag or capture the inaugural activities of the meeting. User will enter or update the Attendance. This will be from:- User will enter or confirm the name of Guest Attenders User will enter or confirm the name of Employee Attenders User will Add the details of Expense entry in system User will perform MOM entry in the system

Module description Post Meeting This module is used after the completion of Meeting. This module is also used to check or verify the MOM tagged during the meeting. This Module is also used to view the status of the MOM

Personalized Dash Board Approve Meeting User can Approve all the meetings which are pending on his name. Modify Meeting User can modify the contents of the meeting in Title, Agenda or Objective. Meeting Reminder User can give reminder for the upcoming meeting to all the attenders.
