2. Introduction: Hot dog was the topic chosen by us. The exact origin of the product we call a hot dog is debated. Some claim that it was first developed in frankfurt, Germany, in 1484. Others claim that it was developed in Vienna, Austria, and suggest that the term wiener reflects this point.

3. Process: 1.- Meat: The main product of the hot dog is the meat. After it passes inspection, the incoming meat is cut into small pieces and placed in a stainless steel mixing container. The container is equipped with high-speed choppers, which can reduce the size of the meat pieces even further. The other raw materials including the curing ingredients, flavorings and ice chips are blended in this container until a fine emulsion, of batter, is produced. 2.-Advocado: it comes from the trees, it´s peeled and smashed, and then it is spiced adding salt, lemon and a bit of oil. Now it can be added to your hot dog. 3.-Tomatoes: Tomatoes come from the plants. This fruit is taken from the plant, and is peeled and diced, after that it´s ready to be put in the bread for the hot dog.

4. 4.- Bread: To make 1 kg of bread we need: 750 grams of flour, 30 grams of yeast, half a spoon of salt, 400 ml of warm water and a bit of sugar. Flour is sifted initially with the salt in a bowl. Then it is mixed with the yeast and the warm water. Mixed to get a sticky pastry, then it is placed in the oven for one or two hours. 5.-Ketchup: 1kg of tomatoes are mashed then 4 spoons of sugar is added and then it is left to cook for 40 min. It is mixed with half a cup of vinager, spoon of pepper and spoon of salt, finally it is left to boil 4 additional hours. 6.-Remix: First the meat is put in the bread then avocado is added, after that the tomatoes are added, the ketchup. Some people put other things like mayonese, mustard. Now you can enjoy the delicious hot dog.

5. Conclusion Matter the origin of this product,hot dogs are known, prepared and consumed worldwide. Hot dogs are not complicated ro elaborate, nevertheless the ingredients should be bought at the supermarket instead of having them prepared on our own. No The ozone layer is not affected by the preparation of this product.
