1 Sources and screens applicant resumes for qualifications Other General Responsibilities: - Virtual Recruiter acts as primary point of contact to candidate, just like any other DT search - Virtual Recruiter responsible for all RM updates, leverages RM as sole source for candidate scheduling, RM data should always be accurate - PM will review status of positions daily and provide regular updates to client based on data in RM Conducts phone interview, qualifies/disqualifies candidate Forwards to Field Recruiter for onsite interview Provides interview availability to Virtual Recruiter Schedules onsite interviews, emails packet to RSL/FR Conducts onsite interview with RSL; participates in hiring decision Communicates offer and salary recommendation to VR/PM Completes Online Reference Check ??? Initiates Background Check Emails References to PM for review once complete Generates offer letter once Ref and Tier 1 Background complete ??? Extends Contingent Offer Ensures Tier 2 background complete, notifies Virtual Recruiter Finalizes offer, confirms start date with candidate Notifies client of hire/closing of position Send welcome letter, arranges logistics for start Verifies Candidate started training If travel needed, sends info to PM PM works with travel agent If flow poor after week 1, sends notification to PM DT Team CSL/ASL Process Flow Provides feedback to FR Provides info on back-up hires if applicable Notifies FR if travel issues arise Virtual Recruiter Field Recruiter Project Manager Client Notifies Payroll of proper payouts/billing

2 Expectations Virtual Recruiter Achieves following Stats Per Position: – Candidates Forwarded for Onsite Intv – 5 – Interview to hire ratio – 5:1 – Onsite interview results – 1 Hire, 1 Back-Up from the 5 presented Conducts initial sourcing for assigned projects, manages flow, notifies if additional ads are needed Acts as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire process until the hire is complete Leverages Recruiting Machine for all scheduling, ensure system is constantly up to date and stats are “real time” Notifies Project Manager and rest of Virtual team if secondary sourcing support is needed Maintains contact with candidate through start – ensuring that if the hire falls-off that DT has as much notice as possible Collects very detailed salary information in the phone interview – what currently making and what desired; discusses and aligns on any salary issues before forwarding Field Recruiter Promptly sends interview availability to Field Recruiter for scheduling Communicates with RSL when will be in area interviewing Partners with Regional Sales Leader in the selections process, provides professional feedback and helps to guide the hiring manager into the proper hiring decision Mindful of stats and what is expected of the Virtual Recruiters and DT by the client Provides prompt feedback to Virtual Team and Project Manager on hires, potential back-ups, and Confirms salary expectations as per discussed in phone interview Project Manager Total oversight of project, regularly checking in on projects and ensures meet client expectations Manages client relationship, addresses issues Regularly reports all stats to client Provides support to address any recruiting issues, brainstorming, action planning
