Leadership Team Blanca Lopez Sr. Instructional Designer Blanca joined GlobEd in 2001 after graduating from University of Central Florida with a Master in Arts in Instructional Design Systems with a track in Instructional Systems. Leadership Team Luis Duarte Systems Engineer Luis joined GlobEd in 2005 as an Intern from the University of Central Florida, where he received a Master in Systems Engineering. He has since remained with the company and developed work processes and tools to manage risks on projects dealing with both technical and human-centered disciplines such as control engineering, industrial engineering, organizational studies, and project management.
