4 AP Courses AP Courses are weighted with two extra quality points (A=6, B=5, C=4, D=3, F=0) College level, college pace Reading – Writing – Analysis AP test – Students are expected to take the AP Exam in May if they are enrolled in the course. College credit will vary for students scoring a 3, 4, or 5 on the exam.

NC Scholars: overall 4-year average of “B” (3.5) or better and must have taken prescribed courses. President’s Award for Educational Excellence: must have successfully completed prescribed courses, have a minimum of 3.5 GPA, and either a verbal SAT of 630 or a math SAT of 640.
