2. Scenario Mrs Miller & Mrs Craig would like to have a presentation of the College. They would like to be able to send this as a single file to parents and prospective pupils, along with feeder primary schools. They want to be able to give these people information about the college, including items such as: A welcome message, information about various departments, how the house system works, times of the day, uniform details, past exam performance, etc. They would like you to include text, images and appropriate multimedia elements, such as sounds, animations and videos. The audience should be able to choose their own navigation route through the presentation.

3. Plan your presentation This should include selecting appropriate graphics, and other media from that which is available. Your plan should also include the setting up of appropriate housestyle for slides, including – colour, – text, – image placeholders and – transitional effects.
