2. Scenario Mrs Miller and Mrs Craig would like to have a presentation of the College. They would like to be able to send this as a single file to parents and prospective pupils, along with feeder primary schools. They want to be able to give these people information about the college, including items such as: A welcome message, information about various departments, how the house system works, times of the day, uniform details, new buildings etc. They would like you to include text, images and appropriate multimedia elements, such as sound, animation and video. The audience should be able to choose their own navigation route through the presentation.

3. Purpose and Audience What is the purpose of your presentation? (what is the presentation about, what is it going to include, why is it being made, where is it going to be used?)… The purpose is, to make people come to the school and to make it the best school it can be. I am going to include, images of the different areas of the school, also images that are relevant to the topic we are talking about. I will use it on the 2 nd slide. Who the audiences of your presentation? (ages, locations, gender, profession, what they want from the presentation?)… I am going to try and persuade the children and their parents to come and join the school. I am trying to get the attention of all genders, I will make sure the school sounds very well mannered and good so it draws in their attention.

10. Designs of Slides On the next 12 slides you should plan out how your pages are going to look using boxes. You will need to include elements such as: –Titles –Text –Images (including logos) –Navigation buttons –any Sound, Animation or Video (each one at least once in the somewhere in the PowerPoint) Be as specific and descriptive as possible with what you type in the boxes.
