2.  Define Liberal: Open to quick / radical reforms. Would like to drastically expand the role of government. Believe in distributing wealth more evenly.

3.  Define: Opposed to radical change via revolution. Typically, in favor of preserving the status quo. Beliefs strongly in personal responsibility.

4.  Social Issue: Believe that the government should be involved in regulation when it comes to social issues. Pro-choice.  Typically in favor of large scale social programs, welfare & social security.  In favor of health care reform (Obama’s plan). In favor of immigration reform / Dream Act.  Education: Race to the Top  Public schools.  Economic Issue: Believe that the government has a large role in growing the economy. Believe in growing both public and private sector jobs. Do not believe in tax cuts for wealthy people in society (250,000k +).

5.  Social Issues: Believe that the government should not be involved with regulation regarding a person’s personal life.  Typically, pro-life, would like welfare and social security reform.  Want to repeal “Obama Care.”  Would like to seal borders to prevent ill-legal immigration.  Education: In favor of school choice and vouchers.  Economic Issue: Typically believe that economic growth should come from the private sector. Typically believe that tax cuts for everyone work better with regards to economic growth.
