3. ISO. ORG ISOWare is based on standards. ISOWare complies with ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14000(Environment) ISO9001 The comany must : –Show the business processes. –The quality manual:  Maintained.  Communicated. –Register and address deviations and improvements.

6. Proces view page - The central ”ARROW” shows the business processes. The bottum 2 lines shows the support processes. The upper line shows management responsibilities. Every box leads via mouse klicks to more detailed level.

7. Processes are described in swimlanes. The actors are the ones responsible for thsi process. Each activity step is described line by line. In each line one and only one responsible actor. A action in a activity line can be Responsibility, Helper/assist or informed. Process owner and who has approved is shown. Version number and approval date is shown. Different languages are implemented. The user just picks the language the procees shall be shown in.

13. Use exsisting system - via uploads In the menu choose the different views. Choose ”Upload file” to use a exixting document/file Pick the file you want to upload to the system. Edit name and upload! And the file is uploaded and inclu-ded in the version control system

14. Process design and description is easy and fast in ISOWare.  Process design and editing is very easy.  The Processes are designed interactive and are placed on the customer’s intranet.  The Processes are shown graphically or as text – as the user wishes.  The same Process is shown in the language the user chooses. The system is true multilingual.  Text pages can be added.  Existing documents and files can be uploaded and included in the system.
