5. Lookup By Item Description This lookup method allows you to find items with specified words anywhere in their Descriptions. The Description search uses the Standard Description for each item and the User Description for each item, (if applicable), and can be narrowed down to be brand specific using the brand drop-down.

6. Lookup By Catalogue Number Click on the Catalogue Number Search button to activate the search. You can chose to search on JUST catalogue number, or combine it with a brand for more specific results.

7. Lookup By APN Click on the APN Search button to activate the search. You can chose to search on part of the APN, the whole number (individual item search).

8. Selected Item / Filtered List Selected Item Lists - effortlessly created by the user, holds only the items used by you on a frequent basis. Created by the company at setup, this is a vital time-saving tool. This set of items can also be used to export to link programs, or to a text file for import into other systems. Filtered Lists - quickly and easily created, provide the option of filtering the contents of a list according to manufacturer, commodity or both.

9. Display Formats Display Format – created to show only relevant information on the list. IE: shown here is a list with the following fields removed - APN, GST, Split Price, User Code, Zone, Retail Price, Unit and Brand Date.

Synonyms Synonym words All words box is checked Synonym group The Synonyms feature allows for similar sounding words to be linked to one another, enabling lookups and lists to cover various possible word options. For example: Inch & in; Three & 3; GPO & Powerpoint; Surge & Overvoltage The Maintain Synonyms screen contains a check box titled “All Words.” If this box is checked, all the words will display. If the box is unchecked, then only the words belonging to a Synonym Group will display. Synonym words will have an equals sign “=“ in the left hand column.
