DES Vehicle Registration Office Personnel with one year registration older than 90 days prior to reporting to the vehicle registration office, must re-register their vehicle and pay the fee of $30.00 for a one year registration, and provide a new double white insurance card during registration. Personnel Individuals with two year registrations with more than a year left are not required to re-register their vehicle and will be authorized to exchange their plates with Wiesbaden plates at no additional cost, but must supply a new double white insurance card. Individuals who have a two year registration with less than a year left, must re-register their vehicle and pay $30.00 for a one year registration or $60.00 for a two year registration, and must supply a new double white insurance card.

DPW - Housing General PCS orders required for all moves. OHA and LQA based on assigned unit location (Wiesbaden). Wiesbaden does not have SEQ/BOQ’s(E7 and above); reside off post. Unaccompanied Housing (UPH) for E6 and below is located in WAAF. Operates under First Sergeant Barracks Initiative, managed by Housing. There is no current waiting list for on-post housing (Army Family Housing– AFH). All personnel with orders assigning them to Wiesbaden shall report to USAG Wiesbaden Housing Office (WAAF B1023W) for assignment coordination. Off-post personnel who remain in Mannheim footprint will have their records transferred to USAG Wiesbaden Housing. USAG Wiesbaden assumes full responsibility for housing those assigned to 5th Signal Command.

DPW - Housing Military Personnel Accompanied
Currently living in Army Family Housing (AFH) in Mannheim will receive PCS orders directing their move to Wiesbaden. Will be assigned AFH; secure housing first then move. If residing in Mannheim AFH, and desire to remain in the quarters and commute, required approve exception from the Mannheim Housing Office. Currently living off-post in Mannheim footprint – can either remain in current quarters or PCS to Wiesbaden. If PCS to Wiesbaden, will be assigned to AFH. All others moving to Wiesbaden and wanting to reside off-post must submit Exception to Policy to USAG Wiesbaden Commander. Unaccompanied E6 and below will be assigned to Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) on Wiesbaden Army Airfield (WAAF) as space allows. E7 and above will be receiving a Certificate of Non Availability (CAN) to reside off post.
