The city this story takes place in is in Middletown……This book doesn’t have very stable setting thought because they travel a lot for basketball games. The house the characters live in is a neat home actually, so is the neighborhood, and the year is around 2001.

Danny Walker-he is short and a good, competitive basketball player, also has black hair.
Ty Ross- is a friend of Danny, he is of medium height.

4. Plot-Problem/Conflict
The plot or conflict in this book is that a short child named Danny Walker who has always been great at basketball, but has difficulties playing the game because he is “short”, is kicked off a travel team because of his height.

5. Plot-Resolution
Richie. Danny’s father decided to build a travel team for all the children who got cut from the travel team Danny was on, he joins the new travel team that kept him as a player, a team that didn’t care about height.

6. Opinion
My opinion of this book is that it was great, since I like sports books but it really was great because it contained some descriptive and well organized sentences, it also had some parts where I got confused but overall it was a good…I would recommend it.

Danny Walker has always been great at basketball but has difficulties playing the game because he is too “short”. his dad Richie Walker who is Danny’s father, and played basketball at Syracuse college. Danny’s new team is the same team Richie led to a championship, Danny gets cut from the team and Richie makes a new travel team for all the children who gut cut from the old team.
