3. How To Make an Online Appointment 1. Click here to schedule your appointment: http://tccnhstutor.checkappointments.com http://tccnhstutor.checkappointments.com 2. Select the Writing Center, then choose the needed day/time for your appointment and be sure to select the “Online Consultation” option. 3. Once a consultation day/time is selected, you will need to enter your course, assignment, and a description of what you want to work on. 4. You will receive a confirmation email. (Please keep this email in case you need to cancel your consultation at a later date). 5. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.

4. How To Prepare for your Online Appointment  After you have scheduled your appointment and received a confirmation email, email your consultant the following documents in advance of your appointment time: ① The current draft of your assignment ② The complete description/prompt for that assignment ③ The rubric by which your draft will be assessed (if available)  This ensures that your consultant will be able to give you the most specific, constructive and informed feedback possible.

5. 2014-2015 Appointment Hours  You may schedule your Online Consultations for the following times:  Mondays, 9AM-5PM  Tuesdays, 9AM-5PM  Wednesdays, 9AM-5PM  Thursdays, 9AM-5PM  Fridays, 9AM-5PM

Time Management  Your draft will be reviewed within 24-48 hours after your appointment time.  Contact your consultant by email (rebecca.hale@thechristcollege.edu) if you get no response within a 48-hour period.rebecca.hale@thechristcollege.edu  Schedule your consultations carefully and in accordance with your assignment due dates, to ensure that you will have ample time for revision after receiving your feedback.

7. Special Note: Weekends  Your consultant is available for online appointments Monday-Friday; however, your consultant has the weekends and school holidays off.  Allow extra time for papers submitted at the end of the week or on weekends.
