All rights reserved 6 Genius Roadmap Feature/EnhancementDescription Student Re-ActivationCurrently if a student is withdrawn and then re- enrolled the student is not made active again in eSchoolware. We are adding this capability. Future Enrollment FunctionalityCurrently an enrollment is passed to eSchoolware when it’s created regardless of start date. Working with Genius to not pass the enrollment over until the start date is reached. Messages from Genius to eSchoolwareCurrently only messages generated in eSchoolware are transferred to Genius. Working to also send messages in Genius to eSchoolware. Simplify Final Grade RequestOnce the messaging is integrated from above, advisors will have a button in Genius to send request for final grade to the teacher. Diagnostic and Placement Exam Integration This will allow Genius users to schedule diagnostics and placement exams in Genius and have those enrollments integrate to eSchoolware. Student will complete test and eSchoolware will automatically enroll the student in the course and pass back to Genius.
