Action Pane – Service Facility –Search for a Facility –Click the Search button (with the magnifying glass icon) –Type in what you know, name, code etc. can click Search –Add Facility –Click the Add button –Type in the mandatory fields: Facility Name, Place of Service. –Any mandatory field not filled in will result in a broken rule –Fill in the other Facility fields (can be done at a later time)

6. Action Pane – Service Facility (Con’t) –Print –Allows Printing with selected options pertaining to Service Facility Lists –View Broken Rules –Allows user to see fields with inadequate information

Service Facility −Name and Address −Add Name −Address −Postal Code −When a valid code is used to populate this field, and when City is blank, City, St and Country will auto-populate −Contact Information (if available) −Email −Phone −Charge Code Rates −This allows you to specify how much an external lab charges for a specific CPT code.
