20 Wish list System Changes Feedback request for system changes: – Add phone number to contact list – Sign in: come up asking things specific to fac or staff position depending on how you sign in – Department Approver – email [check] – Department Approver online training – show more specifics re where to click – User end – question #s – save to “favorites” list – Add working title to postings when they come up - so applicant can see the actual working title – Student postings: set up the system such that non- students cannot apply (e.g., ask for Banner ID#) – Add “this person not a student” as a reason for non- selection – Differentiate between work-student only vs. student position – up-front – Pension scheme mandatory – not this upfront; perhaps provide links to Benefits – Automatically save a page when going to the next – Key in Banner #: automatically populate the name attached to that ID # – Attach UNMJobs to the browser back button – Send posting for Dept Approver – does this look bad going back and forth? No, so long as the info is correct – Be able to specify specific originator(s) approver(s) when position changes – Have applicants receive more emails regarding the status of the position – Note for the applicant why they weren't considered for the position. From HR back to the submitter? All will be notified, return through the approval process – Print adobe copy for pre-review? Call consultant with questions – Is there a way to remove all the emails that come through as a part of system transactions?
