2 With the new changes to OSOS you may need to complete the following steps: 1.Open IExplorer / Tools / Internet Options / Delete Browsing to clear all of the cookies from verion 6.3.xx 2.Select Tools / Compatibility View and re-add ny.gov to Compatibility View 3.Close all IExplorer windows that are open 4.Re-start the login process for NYESS and all now should work correctly
