9 This food is sweet. The size is not very huge,some look like star,flower,moon or eraser. It has many many colour,like red,snow white,garnet,ochre and so on. We don’t need any decoration on the dish.

10 There are many examples.e.g.: Banana Cakes, Crystalline Banana Cakes, Sponge Cakes, Taro Cakes, Sweet Cakes, Water Chestnut Cakes, Red Bean Cakes, White Sugar Cakes, Cured Meat and Turnip Cakes, Yellow Split Pea Puddings with Coconut Juice. 11 If you want to make a Red Bean Cake but you don’t know the method, don’t worry.Because I will tell you now. First we will prepare the ingredients (480g. red beans,520g. rock sugar,400g. autumn rice flour,1/2 cup oil,11 cups water). Then we wash the beans,boil them in 8 cups of water over medium heat,reduce to low heat and keep on cooking for 1 hour until they burst. After that we are melt rock sugar in(then)and pour oil in to mix well. Next we sift autumn rice flour,pour 3 cups of water in and make a paste,pour the paste slowly into the mixture.After that we stir well. Last we transfer to a greased baking pan,steam it over strong heat for an hour,take it out,chill and slice to serve.

I have eaten this food many many times.There are many patterns^.^ If you want to eat it,you can go to the restaurants.If you don’t like eating in the restaurant,you can buy it in the supermarket or market.You should be careful because sometimes the market is not very clean. Where do I eat it?I don’t buy it or go to the restaurant,because my mother can make it at home.I can enjoy the best dim sum in the world.^-^<<<
