1 College of Micronesia-FSM Technology and Trades programs In 1999, COM-FSM established its technology and trades programs with one certificate of achievement program. Since 1999, COM-FSM has expanded to included 8 other certificate programs, and 3 Associate of Applied Science degree programs.
