Data Management Seminar, 8-11th July 2008, Hamburg 3 Translating PDF Forms and Labels WinW3S features a translation component, allowing to translate PDF forms and labels into almost all languages The following forms and labels are available: –Class Listing Forms –Student Listing Forms –Student Tracking Forms –Teacher Listing Forms –Teacher Tracking Forms –Test Administration Forms –School Labels –Student Labels –Teacher Labels

Data Management Seminar, 8-11th July 2008, Hamburg 4 Translating PDF Forms and Labels WinW3S-ICCS allows for the translation of all ICCS languages. If your language is not yet supported, please contact the IEA DPC for further instructions! Only text blocks can be translated; the general layout of forms and labels cannot be changed. If more flexibility is needed in translating forms and labels, then the “Mail Merge” function should be used.

Data Management Seminar, 8-11th July 2008, Hamburg 17 Notes Note: The label text size will be adapted automatically to the cell size. It’s recommended to keep text entries as short as possible. Please note that a new setup of WinW3S will replace the “Reports.mdb” database! However, backups of previously created “Report” databases will be stored in: “ \IEA\WinW3S_ICCS2009_MS\db\backup\ReportsX.mdb”
