4. The Assignment  The quick summary worksheet –You can print them out from DocuShare or –There are copies in a folder in Dr. Sargent’s OUT box outside her office.

5. To be completed by…  the end of the quarter

6. Your Choice As a team you can choose 1 of the following deadlines Whole assignment (all tests) turned in at the end of the quarter. 5 – 6 tests completed and submitted every 2 weeks (usually Friday)

7. Make your choice  Please discuss this with your teammates.  Then inform your supervisor the way your team wants to do it.

8. Who to give the tests to….  You can give the tests to each other, loved ones, children if you have access.  The most important thing is that you become familiar with the tests.

9. Submitting the Tests  Please create a notebook or folder.  Put your name on the notebook/folder.  Put the list of tests at the front of the notebook and put the date next to the tests as you complete and submit them.  Put the summary worksheet and filled out test form in the notebook.  Submit to supervisor on or before due date.

10. Intended Outcome  By the end of the quarter you will have sampled a variety of tests.  If another supervisor asks you to give one of them at the last minute, you will have familiarity.  Your notebook will provide a way to jog your memory about the tests you gave.
