ChallengesBenefits Retrofitting Custom eForms module which was interacting with multiple 3rd Party applications AJAX feature of 9.1 did not work for old browsers. Were unable to update the browsers on Stores as they were running on applications which were compatible with the browser version Server names hard coded at multiple places in the programs Availability of Payroll users due to weekly payroll processing. They were only available for 2 days in the week One of the first customer on PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, thereby ensuring of support for the foreseeable future The Payroll processing times came down by 40% due to the new architecture Use of the latest features / functionality available in the product XML feature used to generate Total Rewards Statement, a saving of 50K annually. XML feature for generating PDF paychecks and PDF W2’s Challenges and Benefits
