What was the project scope? The scope of the project was to : provide an online bullying awareness and prevention (BAP) training program for all CIT staff provide additional online BAP training program for CIT supervisors and managers ensure that CIT was compliant with Government Requirements reinforce BAP principles and understandings

About BAP BULLYING AWARENESS AND PREVENTION TRAINING About BAP Bullying Awareness and Prevention Training is a Compliance Obligation that must be completed by all staff each year. In 2012 CIT had to intensify its BAP training in order to meet its obligations to comply with its obligations under the Workplace Health and Safety Act. One of the requirement now is that this training is completed by all staff every year.

Why did HR use elearn in 2013? Purpose for using elearn: No capacity for face to face training 5 campus reach Completed digital learning program in 2012 Database of all staff already developed An opportunity for HR to develop its own eLearning capability Consistency of systems Staff could be Tracking Learning for understanding not just testing Links to additional information Capacity for self correction

Reinforce information from the stimulus material through the use of quiz questions Check knowledge and understanding Add CIT customised information Keep it simple and easy to achieve the correct answers Provide “extension” options for people seeking more information Make it possible to auto correct incorrect answers

Why was the quiz tool used? The Quiz tool seemed appropriate because it could provide the following options: Add pictures which reminded staff of the film they had watched Variety of question forms Quiz settings allowed for sophisticated options including: ◦self correction ◦use of hyperlinks ◦addition of ongoing feedback ◦% Correct would determine whether staff received a Certificate of Completion ◦Back end tracking ◦Restricted release of completion certificate
