2. Tuesday 7 th July 05:00 Students Register in Sports hall 05:30 – 4 Coaches Arrive 06:00 – Depart School (6am) Please note all times stated are local!

3. The Coaches WILL LEAVE without you, if you are LATE 06:00 / 6am Tuesday 7 th July

4. 10:15 - Arrive at Dover 12:45 - Arrive at Calais

5. Tuesday 7 th July 15:30 - Arrive in Paris, see the sights. 17:00 Boat trip along the Seine. (Paid For) Lunch money or packed lunch required £10 Evening meal will be at the restaurant (paid for)

6. Tuesday 7 th July 19:30 – Dinner at Restaurant Buffet Le Monte Carlo. 21:00 – Arrive at accommodation.

7. Tuesday 7 th July Students will be allocated a hotel by their coach number. Coach 1 and 2 Hipotel Hippodrome Paris Coach 3 Campanile PARIS Est Porte de Bagnolet Coach 4 Ibis Budget Saint Maurice

9. Room Allocation 2-3 Students to a Room Each Student has their own (single) bed Please ensure your child has packed their toothbrush and night clothes.

10. Wednesday 8 th July 6:00 - Wake up/wash 7:30 –Breakfast Provided 9:00 -Depart Hotel Belongings will be safe at the hotel. Ensure that all rubbish is put in Bin in Hotel Room

11. Lunch/Evening Meal at Disneyland. Money required. Wednesday 8 th July 10:00 - Arrive at Disneyland Paris

12. Thursday 9 th July 6:00 - Wake up/wash & pack 7:30 –Breakfast Provided 8:30 -Depart Hotel Ensure that you have all your Belongings Ensure that all rubbish is put in Bin in Hotel Room

13. Eiffel Tower Visit 10:00 Visit the Eiffel Tower This visit has been pre-booked Lunch and Dinner money required.

14. Thursday 9 th July 12:00 - Depart Paris 18:00 - Depart Calais 18:30 - Arrive at Dover 21:00 approx - Arrive back at School Your child will contact you on their mobile with an updated Return Time or please contact them!

Packing List – Essential Cabin Size Bag for your Clothes Small Rucksack for packed food & drinks No more than 4 Changes of Clothes required for Trip in Suitcase Bring Suncream, toothbrush & deodorant. Arrange in your groups, who brings shower gel, shampoo, tooth paste etc No Bigger Bag allowed!

19. Remember!! You will need 60 Euro Approx for Food/Drink Extra money should they want to buy any gifts etc You cannot buy with ££Sterling in France Beware of Pickpocketers – They will try to steal your wallet & or charge you higher prices!!! Don’t keep all your money in ONE Wallet If you contact your parents in France, you will be charged to receive the phone call. It is cheaper to TEXT (25p approx). It is more expensive to ring your family in France Ensure that your Mobile is Topped Up with Credit Parents/carers can credit your phone from Bank Machine in the UK with your Telephone Number
