12 Legal Changes in 2012 Prosecutorial Discretion – can temporarily suspend “low priority” cases for individuals in removal proceedings Permanent Residence Application – changes to application procedures would benefit spouses and children of US citizens by avoiding prolonged separation during the process

13 E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows businesses to determine the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. By using E-Verify to determine the employment eligibility of their employees, companies become part of the solution in addressing the problem of unauthorized employment.
