2 State Seal Information
The state was adopted to the “United States” on March 15, 1877. The state seal has an eye on the top which resembles the “eye of God” It also has a bundle of rods at the top which resembles strength. The axe resembles authority and leadership.

3 State Motto The Colorado state motto is “Nil Sine Numine” This translates from Latin to English as “Nothing Without Providence” This is not what the original designers wanted it to actually mean. They wanted it to mean “Nothing Without the Deity” or in other words, “Nothing Without God”.

5 Tim Allen Tim Allen an actor was born on June 13, He is famous in the show “Home Improvement”. Tim Allen was born in Denver, Colorado and grew up there. He is also famous for being in the movies “The Santa Clause” and also “Toy Story”.
