SHORT TERM:
Personal Goals (relationships, family, financial, health, leisure, education, personal development, travels etc.)

Take a stress management course
No more Saturday overtime!
Go to gym at least once a week
Save up for a trip to USA
LONG TERM:
Make more time for myself
Provide a caring and supportive environment
for my family
Pay off Mortgage
Take 3 overseas trips
SHORT TERM:

Start an OH&S course to increase my awareness

My Goal is to enter into an Electrical Apprenticeship, so that I can become a qualified electrician and gain experience to start my own business
