4. Day 2 – Monday 13 th July Travel to Esplugues de Llobregat – (location of Hotel). 3.00pm – arrive and check in at the Abba Gardens Hotel, Barcelona.

6. Day 3- Tuesday 14 th July Barcelona Visit Sagrada Familia Cathedral Casa Mila Casa Batllo

7. Day 3- Continued Afternoon – free time in Barcelona. Rehearsal in the Crypt of Sagrada Familia. Dinner in restaurant La Capulla. Concert in the Sagrada Familia – 9PM.

15. Day 7-Continued 5:00 pm : Depart Barcelona 5:45 pm: Arrive Sitges 6:00 pm : Set up in Jardins del Retiro. 6:30pm : Out-door concert. 8.30pm – Dinner in restaurant.

18. Final Costing's & Suggested Payment Method. The following services are included in the tour: Luxury double decker coach with trailer P & O ferry crossing – Dover/Calais Six nights’ B & B accommodation in Abba Gardens Hotel. (students in triple/twin rooms). Meals: 7 dinners in restaurants or hotel 1 lunch. Entrance to PortAventura Costa Caribe Aquatic Park, Visit to Sagrada Familia, Visit to Barcelona Football club.

19. Final information. The school has travel insurance cover for all school trips including total personal effects cover for £2,500. In respect of musical instruments the school would be covered under their contents insurance for their own instruments, but under the travel policy any privately owned instrument would only be covered to the sum of £500. If any instrument or for that matter any other personal possession, which have a value over £500, then parents will need to ensure that this item is covered under their own personal possession insurance within their Home Insurance Policy.
