Water is the value of life, the reason we can live on earth at all! It shouldn’t be the one to take it away though. To give a better insight look at this tragedy we will explain how you can die from drinking nasty water.

3. Diarrhea The water that KILLS! Cholera
There are 2 main diseases that are known to kill humans in Kenya, Ethiopia, and other developing countries(that you can obtain from drinking nasty water)

4. Cholera
Cholera is caused by bacteria entering into the blood and then causing infection in the bloodstream.
It is estimated that most cases of cholera are unreported due to poor surveillance systems, particularly in Africa. Fatality rates are 5% of total cases in Africa, and less than 1% elsewhere.

5. Diarrhea
the condition of having frequent loose or liquid bowel movements. It could result in malnutrition. Acute diarrhea is a common cause of death in developing countries
You could possibly get the condition from drinking water that either animals bathed/humans bathed and possibly where an animal/human used the bathroom.

Leptospirosis- Water contaminated by the animal urine carrying the bacteria

Giardiasis- groundwater contamination, where humans and wildlife use same source of water.

Waterborne Diseases are very common in developing countries. The #1 killers are cholera and diarrhea. There are also other diseases that also kill people like typhoid fever. We also learned that waterborne diseases are more lethal in developing countries thanks for watching!
