Metropolitan Omaha Educational Consortium (MOEC) MISSION: The consortium seeks to improve communication, efficiency, and effectiveness among the participating school districts and the College of Education. It shall enhance the ability of these groups to work together in addressing the common challenges and opportunities of educating youth in a metropolitan environment. Through the consortium the members will achieve together what they could not achieve singularly.
